Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision for Speech Pathologists

I offer clinical supervision for speech pathologists working where mental health, trauma, and complex relational dynamics are part of the work.

Who This Is For

Supervision may be a good fit if you:

  • Work with children, adolescents, or adults with complex emotional or behavioural presentations
  • Are interested in trauma-informed or relational approaches
  • Notice strong emotional responses, uncertainty, or stuckness in sessions
  • Want to integrate mental health thinking into speech pathology practice
  • Are looking for reflective supervision rather than purely technical problem solving

How I Work

My approach to supervision is reflective rather than prescriptive.
Sessions focus on understanding what is happening in the client, in the clinician, and
in the interaction between them. The aim is to slow things down, notice patterns,
and think carefully about clinical decision making with
out pressure to perform or provide quick solutions.

Practical Details

Supervision is offered online.
Frequency, format, and fees are discussed on enquiry.
